Terms

Terms of service.

These are the terms under which Pulse is provided. The plain-English summary below covers the main points. The full legal terms are being finalised by our counsel and will be published on this page shortly; an interim copy is available on request from hello@pulse-hr.co.uk.

Who the agreement is between

Pulse is provided by Pulse Wellbeing Ltd, registered in England & Wales. When you sign up for an account, you (or the organisation you're signing up on behalf of) become the customer; team members invited to respond to check-ins are end users.

What you can do with the service

Use Pulse to run anonymous check-ins, view aggregated team trends, and access the manager coaching tools, subject to the plan limits on your account. You may not attempt to re-identify anonymous respondents, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to harass anyone.

Payment & cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly per active seat via Paddle, our merchant of record. You can cancel from your account at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you can export your data on the way out.

Data & confidentiality

We process personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Agreement signed with your organisation. Anonymity guarantees described in the product apply by architecture, not just contract.

Service availability & liability

We aim for high availability but Pulse is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, except where capping liability is prohibited by law.

Changes & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are notified in-product or by email at least 30 days in advance. The agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales, with the courts of England & Wales having exclusive jurisdiction.

See also our Privacy Policy and Security page for how we handle data and protect the service.
