Pricing FAQ

The questions we get most

Is Pulse really free for small teams?

Yes. If you have 15 employees or fewer, you can use the Free plan indefinitely. No card, no trial countdown, no feature timeout. We only charge once you outgrow it.

How does seat pricing work?

You're billed per active employee per month. Add or remove people anytime — your next invoice prorates automatically. There's no minimum seat count beyond your plan tier.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can set up Pulse and invite your team without entering any payment details. We'll only ask for a card if you choose to upgrade.

What happens if we exceed our plan's employee limit?

We'll let you know in the dashboard and give you a grace period to either upgrade or remove inactive accounts. We never lock you out or delete data without warning.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no annual contracts. Cancel from your account and you won't be billed again. You can export your data on the way out.

Do you offer discounts for charities or B Corps?

Yes — registered UK charities and B Corps get 30% off Starter and Professional. Get in touch and we'll set that up.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles VAT and invoicing on our behalf.

Where is our data stored?

All Pulse data is hosted in the UK and EU on encrypted, GDPR-compliant infrastructure. Enterprise customers can request a specific residency region.
