For HR teams

Catch problems before they become resignations.

Pulse gives HR leaders a continuous, anonymous read on how every team is really doing — and quietly equips line managers to act on it before someone walks.

The annual survey isn't the answer. Neither is another meditation app.

Most resignations are predictable weeks before they happen — but only if someone is paying attention to the right signals, in the right place. Pulse makes that the default, not the exception.

What you get

Built for the HR team of one (or five)

Continuous sentiment, not annual surveys

A short weekly check-in replaces the dusty 80-question survey. You see the trend line in real time — not nine months after the team's already left.

True anonymity by design

Answers are aggregated below the team threshold. No-one — not you, not us — can read what one person wrote. The reporting is built around that constraint.

Coaches managers, doesn't bypass them

When sentiment dips, the right manager gets the right prompt. HR keeps the org-wide view; managers do the work that's actually theirs to do.

EAP and crisis routes already wired

Your Employee Assistance directory, plus UK crisis lines (Samaritans, Shout, NHS 111), live one tap away in every employee's view. You don't have to build the safety net yourself.

Audit log and CSV export

Every admin action is logged. Board reports export in one click. When the senior leadership team asks 'what are we doing about culture?', you have an answer.

GDPR by default, UK-hosted

Data lives in the UK and EU. We're processor, you're controller. The DPA is short, the sub-processor list is short, and there is no model training on your data.

"We caught two situations in the first month that would absolutely have ended in resignations. The data didn't tell us what to do — it told the right manager that now was the moment to ask."
— Head of People, 90-person professional services firm, London

FAQs from HR

The questions HR asks us first

Will my managers actually use it?

That's the design priority. Each manager gets a 30-second weekly read, plus opening lines for the conversations the data suggests. We measure adoption per manager — you'll see who's engaging and who needs nudging.

How do you protect anonymity at small team sizes?

Team views require a minimum of four responses. Below that threshold the data rolls up to the next level. No quote, free-text answer or numeric score is ever attributable to one person.

Can we integrate with our HRIS?

BambooHR, HiBob, and CSV import are supported on Professional and above. SSO via SAML on Enterprise. We don't pull payroll or salary data — only employment status and team structure.

What does the DPA look like?

Standard GDPR DPA, signed online during onboarding. UK-only data residency. No Schedule II model-training carve-out — we never train models on your data.

See the dashboard your managers will actually open.

Twenty minutes, no slide deck. We'll walk through your team structure and show what Pulse would look like on your data.
